Safety Isn’t a Department. It’s Our Culture.
At Annett Bus Lines, passenger safety comes first on every trip. From professional driver training and ongoing vehicle inspections to strict federal safety standards, our team is committed to providing safe, reliable charter bus transportation throughout Florida and beyond.
Our full-time Safety Director oversees driver education, compliance, and continuing safety initiatives to help maintain the high standards our passengers expect from Annett Bus Lines.

Initial Driver Training
New drivers complete a 40-hour orientation and driving evaluation, including a written examination, 250+ mile road evaluation, and nighttime driving assessment.
Continuing Safety Education
Safety training doesn’t stop after orientation. Our professional charter bus drivers participate in:
- Annual two-day refresher training
- Defensive driving education
- Biannual company-wide safety meetings
- Current safety procedure and regulation reviews
- Ongoing driver performance evaluations
Safety Across Our Entire Team
Safe motorcoach transportation requires more than a qualified driver. Our operations, sales, management, and support teams receive safety and compliance education relevant to their roles.
Training includes Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), hours-of-service requirements, drug and alcohol awareness, and current motorcoach safety practices.
Experience Behind Our Safety Program
Our full-time Safety Director brings more than 10 years of motorcoach industry experience and more than five years of safety management experience to Annett Bus Lines.
Continued education, industry conferences, and ongoing training help our team stay current with evolving motorcoach safety standards and federal transportation regulations.
